Marsha Goff

Ms. Goff is responsible for affordable and workforce multifamily debt originations and works closely with the Merchants equity team to structure equity solutions for LIHTC transactions. Prior to 2021, she was the GSE Chief Underwriter and oversaw all GSE production and closing. She is a member of the MCC Strategic Planning Committee and back up member of the GSE Credit Committee. Additionally, she is responsible for Merchants Capital’s Minneapolis – St. Paul general office operations.

Ms. Goff graduated from Saint Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Real Estate Finance and Organizational Speech Communications. She is a HUD Approved MAP Underwriter, a Designated Member (MAI) of the Appraisal Institute and has underwritten or overseen over $6 billion in complex multifamily loan originations.
