Senior Vice President, Investor Accounting
Mark Ciarrocchi joined Merchants Capital as Senior Vice President, Investor Accounting in 2020 where he leads the GSE investor reporting and the Merchants servicing department’s account reconciliations. Previously, Ciarrocchi served as the Manager of Multifamily Asset Management and Loan Servicing for Freddie Mac for over eight years. There, Ciarrocchi acted as the business lead for new initiatives and developments, managed monthly investor reporting for over 1,000 bond/cash loan collateral (including tax exempt bonds for multifamily real estate) and more. Ciarrocchi also worked in investor reporting at CWCapital Asset Management and Investor Reporting/Corporate Trust Services at Wells Fargo Bank prior to Freddie Mac.
Ciarrocchi earned his Master’s Degree in CRE finance from Georgetown University and has been an active participant in the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council since entering the industry in 1998. He has served as a chair on the investor reporting sub-committee partnering with the MBA to define common reporting standards and is currently on the CREFCE IRP committee, Servicers Forum and the Environmental, Social and Governance committee.
