Ms. Hill joined Merchants in March 2021 to co-lead the investor relations platform and originate, underwrite, and manage equity and debt relationships with top affordable housing sponsors across the United States. Ms. Hill has over 25 years of real estate experience in the affordable housing industry. Prior to joining Merchants, she was Vice President II at Aegon Real Assets where she managed the tax credit team and oversaw all originations, underwriting, and closing for over $2.3B in tax credit investments. Prior to that, Ms. Hill was Senior Vice President of Originations at Alliant Capital, a $5B syndication company. During her tenure, Ms. Hill was directly involved in management, deal structuring, investor relations, and equity originations.
